Job Description
Our client is a North West based digital publishing agency which is seeking an experienced advertising executive to join its successful, and growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for selling advertising positions to prospective clients across the globe. Researching potential clients through lead sourcing and happy to cold call those leads.
Working closely with the in-house editorial, production, and design teams, to produce outstanding, informative pieces of content that is disseminated globally. The candidate will have strong communication skills.
A proven track record in a media sales environment, experience of both account management and successful new business development is preferred. With a good understanding of the publishing industry and events sponsorship.
Experience in and Understanding of:-
● Selling with research from own level generation
● Selling against competitors
● Competently manage leads
● Strong cold calling skills
● Responsible for exceeding sales budget
● Communicate with other departments to assure quality service
Successful candidates will have the following:-
● A minimum of three years of advertising experience in publishing and/or digital media
● Proven track record of hitting sales quotas

We are Recruiting on behalf of a client for a Customer Success position based in Manchester City Centre.
After rapid growth in the US, our client have launched a brand new product for restaurants everywhere to dramatically increase their success with online delivery apps.
We’re looking for ambitious talent that wants to build things from scratch that will have a massive impact, and who want to learn new things every week. You must feel competent taking on new complex projects at a high pace of change.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of SMB, and some mid-market restaurant locations, to provide
an industry-leading customer experience.
• Ensure account upselling and cross-selling targets are achieved within your team
and overall portfolio.
• Proactively identify customers that need follow-ups/check-ins to ensure high
NPS/CSAT and to prevent churn.
• Guide customers on how to most effectively use their tablet to ensure operational
excellence.
• Act as an advocate for our customers to understand their objectives and collaborate
with them to build performance success plans.
• Answer customers’ incoming questions quickly via phone, email, and chat in a
professional and efficient manner.
• Handle customer ticket escalations and more advanced tickets to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with CS lead to inform prioritisation of roadmap initiatives and other
opportunities that improve the customer experience.

The company has a combined audience of 1,000,000 leaders across 3 vertical
markets. They have thrived during the last 18 months of the pandemic and are now
looking to take on additional Business Development Managers to grow their sales
team further.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for helping your prospective clients to reach their target
audience through effective, highly respected and meaningful digital publishing
